Designed in collaboration with Kelly Project Management and featuring landscaping by Stone to Steel, the property exemplifies a seamless blend of modern architectural principles and natural aesthetics. The tour begins at the landscaped entrance, where thoughtful elements such as overhangs and recessed windows invite natural light and guide visitors into the home.
Design Highlights:
Entrance and Views: The entryway employs a compression design that heightens the visual impact of the lake views upon entering the home. Large windows throughout the property maximize natural light and offer panoramic views.
Living Spaces:
The living room opens to expansive views and side windows to enhance cross-lighting.
The kitchen and dining area feature a central island perfect for entertaining and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake.
A four-season room provides a climate-controlled space that can be enclosed for comfort or opened to the outdoors.
Bedrooms and Accessibility:
The property includes a primary suite with a walk-in closet, office space, and lake-facing bedroom. A main-floor secondary bedroom ensures accessibility for elderly guests, complete with an en-suite bathroom.
